COURSE OVERVIEW
Read your way through Italy, taking in breathtaking sights and delicious food. From eating gelato on the Spanish Steps to eating handmade pasta in a Trattoria, your inner foodie will be in heaven. We will explore the ruins of Pompeii, wander the villages of Cinque Terre and read and write literature inspired by the natural beauty and quaint villages.
You can admire Michelangelo’s David at the Galleria dell’Accademia and the famous maze of streets and canals of Venice.

CAPRI
Visit the island and see the breathtaking waters of the Mediterranean.
Accademia Gallery
Visit the Accademia Gallery to see Michelangelo’s iconic David and explore other renowned Renaissance artworks.
VATICAN MUSEUMS
Witness the Sistine Chapel in all of its glory in the Vatican City.
VENICE
Explore the maze of canals in this beautiful city.
CINQUE TERRE
Discover the colourful villages that tower over the famous coastline of Liguria.

Online Orientation and First Class

Parents, students and teachers meet in the morning to review travel expectations and the itinerary. Teachers and students meet in the afternoon for their first class and to work on introductory assignments.

Independent Learning Online

*in total to be completed at any convenient time of the student’s choice

Students will work independently to complete and submit assignments. Teachers will be available to answer questions through the online platform.

Pre-Trip Online Classes

Teachers and students will interact in mandatory online classes as students participate in direct teaching, group activities, discussions and presentations.
