Our Tour Directors are an integral part of our tour experience! With a focus on managing trip logistics such as confirmations, planning, pivoting, and group dynamics, our Tour Directors travel with our groups throughout their itineraries. Your role is to think ahead, keep the group organized, and bring fun through engaging commentary on history and culture. Though the trips are planned in advance by our Operations Team, our Tour Directors act as our EduTravel representatives to see through the execution of our tours. As part of the on-site leadership team, you will work with the teachers and admins to pull off a safe, fun, and educational trip for the students. And of course, you won’t be doing this alone! Our EduTravel Operations team will be with you every step of the way to make sure you have all the support you need to execute an amazing tour.
You will have the chance to meet and work with educators, suppliers, and tourism professionals from around the world and form lasting connections – all while having the opportunity to travel to exciting destinations. Our Tour Directors gain meaningful and useful skills through their work, such as communication skills, public speaking, time management, knowledge of educational and tourism standards, and much more!
