Join us for an exciting Hospitality & Culinary Learning Experience at Niagara College! In just one engaging week, you’ll explore Niagara’s top attractions, develop essential culinary skills, and participate in hands-on workshops including baking, pastry, and modern cooking techniques. Learn from industry professionals, work in teams to create delicious dishes, and showcase your talent in a final cooking competition.

Parents, students and teachers meet in the morning to review travel expectations and the itinerary. Teachers and students meet in the afternoon for their first class and to work on introductory assignments.
