BON APPETIT
COURSE OVERVIEW
Taste the culture as you tour the exquisite cities of Rome, Florence and Paris over your March Break. You will be exposed to the flavours, aromas, cooking techniques, foods and cultural traditions of world cuisines and will be able to explore the origins of and developments in diverse food traditions. Compare food-related etiquette among countries and cultures, and discover how Canadian food choices and traditions have been influenced by other cultures. Does Canada’s Food Guide measure up?
Our favourite menu: buttery croissants, pizza, pizza and more pizza and to top it off, the world’s favourite gelato!
