COURSE OVERVIEW
What better way to learn a language than to be fully immersed in it? That’s what we thought too! Travel to the birthplace of the Spanish language and learn first hand about the culture, history and people of the region. Visit Spain’s capital Madrid and begin your immersion. Visit the Prado Museum, home to one of Europe’s most impressive art collections. Walk the same halls as football’s top players with a visit ot Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, the home of Real Madrid.
Make your way to Barcelona, the cosmopolitan capital of Spain’s Catalonia region, known for its art and architecture. Visit the fantastical Sagrada Família Basilica and other modernist landmarks designed by Antoni Gaudí that dot the city, like Casa Batllo and Park Guell. Be wowed by the arcitecture and beauty of the city and make sure to try the incredible food!

Sagrada Familia
Almost done it’s construction after 143 years, the Basilica is a quintessential Barcelona landmark.
Picasso Museum
Learn of Picasso’s life, art and the time he rose to popularity while admiring some of his finest works.
Santiago Bernabéu Stadium
Check out the home stadium to Real Madrid, one of football’s most iconic teams.
Toledo Walking Tour
Venture to the ancient walled city of Toledo to explore the UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Casa Batllo
Be transported into Antoni Gaudi’s magic world and feel like you are living in a fairytale land!

Online Orientation and First Class
Parents, students and teachers meet in the morning to review travel expectations and the itinerary. Teachers and students meet in the afternoon for their first class and to work on introductory assignments.

Independent Learning Online
Students will work independently to complete and submit assignments. Teachers will be available to answer questions through the online platform.

Each day is thoughtfully planned to provide an unforgettable adventure that will teach lessons about the course, individuals and the world around.
MORNING ROUTINE
Students gather for breakfast and to review the day’s itinerary.
MORNING EXCURSION
Students visit the Arc de Triomf and the Parc de la Ciutadella
LUNCH & FREE TIME
Students enjoy some free time around Placa Catalunya and grab lunch.
AFTERNOON ACTIVITY
The group visits the iconic Sagrada Familia Basilica.
LATE AFTERNOON
Students visit the otherworldly Casa Batllo, a showcase of Antoni Gaudi.
DINNER
The group enjoys an authentic Spanish meal, like Paella
DINNER & EVENING ACTIVITY
Evening: Students attend a Flamenco show before returning to the hotel.
